Hey, second time doing this. When doing the "flips" where you lift and flip the dumbbells, my right shoulder makes crunching/popping noises (not really pain). Any exercise/stretch I can do to alleviate that?
Side note – would these exercises be good for someone who sits alot all day and has sore/weak(?) upper back/trap/neck? There seems to be conflicting information out there on whether the upper back needs stretching or strengthening.

Guys i'm beginner and i'm using 6 kg dumbells and i'm 18. Is that ok ? Because it turns so hard and i'm stopping for 20-30 sec between sets

Any tips on how to avoid straining/tensing neck a little during this especially the last exercise in the set (swinging dumbbells from low to up to sky), thanx coach as always for amazing videos
