My abs are feeling pretty good. They feel like I just finished a 6 minute wrestling match. I like your originality in the poses and series sequence, particularly core sessions. I anticipate a great feeling tomorrow when the back of my eyelids open up for the day.

This is my second 30 day yoga journey with you Adriene (month after month in a row), and I am so grateful for your existence!! <3 Each morning you make it easier for me to start the day and continue to my Vipassana practice with much more energy!
This creativity practice started nicely as always and then! The video stopped loading (I was staying at a friend's place) – so I said to myself – this is a creativity practice, I'll just do my own creative yoga sequence, and I did! And you were there with me, in my mind, giving instructions on how to move, how to tap into my inner smile and how to feel confident that by now I know what to do! I'm in love with yoga so much that nothing can stop me from practicing!
So thank you again, you shining star of positivity and health! I wish you a Merry Xmas and can't wait for the new 30 day challenge to start on January 2021!!

The creative practices are my favorite; so much freedom to move playfully. Earlier, I was feeling discouraged about my progress, but through this practice, I have found that I have grown so much mentally. This series has helped me take a new playful and gentle approach to my body. I am so grateful for your teachings!

this morning I woke up and literally pounced on my husband, downward dog has a lot to answer for .

We're getting so close to the end! It's flying by faster and faster every day, as we near day 31. This practice I had such a deeply relaxing savasana that I haven't experienced in a long time. I've recently recovered from some tailbone-related issues that kept me from enjoying my "on the back poses", because the tail cracked every time I laid down. Today nothing cracked, it was just relax, and rooting down. Awesome❤️. Namaste🙏!
Day 26 Done
Wow… What a day. I would like to thank Adriene and all the people behind the camera for this most amazing project. It's not about only physical aspect, it's also so therapeutic in its own, gentle way. I'm currently doing December 21 calendar and finishing Revolution, haven't missed a day this time (it's my 5th revolution) and today I suddenly felt so happy, thankful and hopeful. These feelings were so real and strong, I haven't felt this way for a long time. I had very rough year due to the traumatic birth experience and completely lost myself. And now I can say that I'm coming back to myself and it feels soooo good.
