Hi all.. I’m a 69 year old woman and I have been doing the 15 minute workout for seniors for the last 3 weeks and just found this one to tag on the end…. well that certainly was good,really felt like I was doing good! Not quite as fast as coach but I’ll get there😁

It’s a good workout but that third one that works your sides, thst one hurts my neck so much that I can’t do it. Am I doing it wrong perhaps ?

Some other tips: wear a lavalier microphone, so that your voice does not come deep from the well. In this video the music were interfering with the guided workout. Cheers.
