Day 10! 💪
Awesome practice. I completed Breath and Home so far and decided to try this 30 day next. This is a bit more up tempo than the others and its just what I needed. So thankful for YWA. 🙏
Involved in a school group on resilience & they are talking of destress with breathing and mindful exercise. I'm telling my cohorts that is yoga won't fix it then it isn't broken – this sweet little practice is what I'm trying to share with them. Not enough oooo's in smoooth here.

Love seeing the comment below! Today was my Day 100 with Adriene. Started with Breath, then 30 Days, then Yoga Camp, now Revolution. What a wonderful gift to go through so many years of daily practices again.
This is an important practice. The mindfulness in this session guides me to focus on all areas of me, reminding me too of those places I may want to play with, further explore. I believe I will return to many sessions (now and in the future!) rethinking balance and poses, using this session's practice. I am confident of yoga, mindfulness, breath being acutely intertwined; in essence they are one. And here we are.

I started Yoga with Adriene just about 13 months ago, as I was tired of the one cd I played for practice, not Adriene. Since practicing here in this awesome group of people, I have found the reason, one of them that I am drawn to the practice. My humanity has improved and I have seen who I am and can be. Am I the only one noticing the little ornament of Benji, moving around in each segment. I first noticed him on the window ledge, but he also sits on the table. Love it 🐕
May 2021 and still in covid lockdown here. I meditated every day almost a year now (may 19 is my meditation anniversary) and i'm thinking about challenge myself for doing yoga everyday for a year. I showed love for my mind and gained so much awareness in my mind last year, why not gain awareness and strength for my body as well? Yoga is giving me both actually. Thank you Adriene for making me realise that.

I struggled to the mat I was so tired and there it was the perfect practice just what I needed; then when I finished reading comments and drinking in what feels so good. Sunday blues turned to Sunday bliss thank you 🙂

Day 10! Loving this as a way to get ready for bed. I feel so chill and relaxed.
I just recently stumbled upon your "political" practice. For me it erases all your "talk" about spiritual life. I can no longer respect you as a guide so sadly, after almost 2 years of nearly daily practice I will be searching for a new teacher/guide.
