Not ask women do from 5 to 10 lbs…I use a 15 lb she I just started last Tuesday…but I honestly do need a new kettlebell cause I bought a pro form and it's so awkward to lift…so misshaped
It would be a shame if you did not bulk up when average people accomplish it so easily using Ready Set Ripped (search for it on google).

I LOVE YOUR ROUTINES. THEY HELP KEEP ME MOTIVATED AND EXCITED ABOUT WORKING OUT. MY GOAL IS TO NOT ONLY TO LOSE WEIGHT BUT TO IMPROVE MY OVERALL HEALTH AND WELLBEING. I HAVE REALLY BAD OSTEOARTHRITS AND FINDI IT VERY DIFFICULT TO DO THE SQUATS AND LUNGES. YOU DO NOT SHOW HOW TO MODFIY THESE MOVEMENTS DURING YOUR ROUTINES. COULD THAT BECOME A POSSIBILITY IN YOUR VIDEOS? I WILL BE HAVING BILATERAL TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT SOON. DO YOU HAVE ANY ROUTINES THAT I CAN USE AS A PART OF MY REHAB PROCESS?

I really struggle with the sots press. could you maybe do a tutorial? I think I'm overthinking my form- trying to keep my knees behind my toes, which I dont know if its possible dropping that low (or I lack that flexibility. i dunno). and then even without weights Im struggling to keep good form on the press. help.

Good workout! I am into it for 2 months now, i did it everyday except on Sunday. I replaced SOTS press with clean, which i like more. Anyway i really improved my mobility and i feel way better in general when going to work,studying etc.., way more energetic and focused. I suggest it to everybody, it took only 20 minutes a day, and it doesn' t get boring at all!

Sadly I gave up when it came to the exercises he he's crouched down as I just couldn't lift the bell…I had been to the gym before though
