It's a cool crisp autumn day in Dublin with thd leaves change colours but also news that some covid restrictions will remain in place due to numbers rising and my aunt uncle cousins all sick from it today even though they had vaccination. So now I can feel my anxiety building up but this yoga made me laugh thank u

Other than this amazing yoga practice😀, today/this weekend I am going to watch Grey's Anatomy on Netflix, eat some comforting food, dress warm, spend needed time with my family, and spend time being grateful. Today has been forecasted to be a rainy day, so this practice seemed apt. The fluid nature of the practice and Adriene's gentle voice felt soothing and nurturing today. Loved doing the variation on the wild thing; it felt amazing on the sore muscles. Equally loved the temple, jaw and foot massage. Off now to start my day, feeling well tended to and cared for. Hope you also feel the same when you do this practice. Sending out much love and gratitude. Namaste.

Yeah it is raining today, my dear. I have a questing Adriene. I have watched a lot of videos with you doing yoga excersises and don't get me wrong, they're all good. But, I still have that stiffness in the lower back and around the chest and neck. I suppose I'm doing something wrong, but do you have some advice so that I can get rid of that stiffness…love to hear from you. Sincerley Gordan

Lovely practice – perfect for me as I am caring for older family members after a bereavement. A rainy day spiritually and physically… I am really tired. I added in shoulder stand as I nearly always add an inverted posture, which I like to do each day. Thank you and namaste ❤️‍🩹🙏🧘🏼

Not sure why but when Adriene went into the baby posture at the end, the tears started to flow. This has opened something up in me today. Maybe a strong desire to return to a simpler time, a playful time and innocent time. I don't know but a good start to my day and to be with myself on this day in a more gentler and loving way. Thank you so much beautiful soul.

Today it is raining outside my window and inside my heart. Our old boy, Flash the amazing WonderCat, is not feeling amazing. He has been in declining health since the summer, but this past week he definitely turned a corner. He is staying in the dark closet and only eating and drinking when we bring his food to him. He is not interrupting yoga, is not taking up three people worth space in bed at night, not demanding lap time during breakfast. While he is still living, he is not himself. My heart is crying as much as my face.

I absolutely love this practice and have done it a few time in the past.
Today, it's far from a rainy day as it can get. It's Christmas day 🎄, 2nd day of a heat weave with 44C. Carving out time to do this practice is bliss! The rest of the day is spent with my kids playing and putting together lego sets 😀
