keep it up man, you will get back to your stronger self. i would also like for you to share the story of how you ended up the way you are now; an maybe just maybe you can discourage this youngsters minds of doing ''whatever it takes'' to be big mentally out of the question, now adays more healthy people are dying like flies do to overdoses and drug abuse maybe you can discourage some people an convinced them to take natural route instead of putting up 40 lb of muscle just for a few months and destroyed their body and organs.
