Ok so i've said before i just recently had surgery done on both hands last surgery was december 02 2013 i've chosen to do the beginner 30 day challange i'm a bit over weight 5'11 230lb i've substituted the pushups for wall pushups because it hurts the palms where the surgery was done….can't wait till i can do chin ups again and what not….going to make 2014 my year to get in shape
First time I couldn't finish the whole exercie. The last set was too difficult to bear with 2 kg of dumbells. So disappointed in myself, and my arms! :(
Always have been a very thin woman who mostly runs alot lol- i went to a massage therapist who said I really need to strengthen my back and shoulder muscles so I don't throw out my back when I'm 40, I hope this will help me
It would be a shame if you did not get ripped when these ordinary people build muscle so easily with Better Bawdy Building (check it out on Google).
