There you will discover a useful free video by a recognised qualified health practitioner teaching about the right way to reduce excess weight. This made it easier for Melody to eliminate her abdominal fat. I will probably give this a shot. Perhaps it will help you as well.

Make sure you warm up before n down after people. Want to avoid injury. I've recently completed the insanity work outs then had 6 weeks off n wanted something different. This works but as I said, make sure you warm up and when you've finished warm down

Total upper body muscle building workout then this. Long 20 minutes! Didn't use dumbbells, just too much. Coach could you make a total upper body muscle building workout? I'm up for the intensity of it if it's not counterproductive to splitting chest and triceps up with back and biceps. Good news! Cholesterol down 130 points in 8 months working out with you guys and a low dose cholesterol med. Hasfit has really been my game changer being over 50 yrs old. Thanks for all you guys do!
