After a busy day & evening this was just enough for me tonight 🙏🏻
LOVED the twist when you're laying on your stomach with arms out like a Texas T and then reach the legs over to each side. It felt so good!
From an old and former swimmer, still found creaky shoulders with these stretches. Good counter balance. Thanks!
