As we continue our journey to better ourselves and to be the best version of ourselves we must do it mindfully and lovingly.

I propose we don’t buy in to language that doesn’t support a healthy mind with that “summer body”.

What say you?

I LOVED this Core open fire starter. Nice and slow and steady with beautiful control. This enlivened my stretching and made me feel fantastic. Thank You

I really need to work on my arm strength because the first half of this killed my arms, my abs felt okay but I just couldn't stay up! The core work on the back though made me feel better about struggling in the first half, I was able to bring my legs lower than i have in a while so i suppose I am improving! BALANCE day 14

Balance Day 14: Core practices are the ones that I always dread the most. In the past, they’ve left me feeling weak and emotional. Today, I tried to frame my experience differently; today, I am gaining strength. Today, I tried. And the next core practice, I’ll try again.

You are not alone. I hang in there as long as I can but modify as needed for overall movement. Too many years of rough bike riding damaged both wrists.

Day 14 of December 2021 yoga playlist 🙂 I've made a goal to try and be more consistent with yoga. Though I still don't do it every single day, I've tried to practice at least 2-3 times a week. and if I slip up sometimes and miss a few days, I try not to be hard on myself. This is a new goal that I am proud to continue. This video was a little challenging for me. But I continued to the end and took small breaks!! Thank you Adriene 🙂 <3 I already feel a little stronger this morning 😀

This practice is not one I prefer for core as it is very hard on the wrists and my knees , but I did finish it.

Wow. This month I started to do one more practice in addition to the one from calendar, because just one was too easy for me. So 40-60 minute sessions daily, but not today. Today was so intense but I genuinely enjoyed it, as always. Namaste.

Ouch! Day 14 of Balance and sadly I only managed 10 minutes of this due to pain in practically every part of my body that I asked it to work. First practice I haven't completed in over 160 days so as disappointing as it is, I can live with it. Namaste everyone 🥰

Balance Day 14: As soon as I saw the title this morning, I knew it would be a mountain to conquer and I didn’t have it in me in the morning. I waited for after work. And boy, was this a challenge. I’m super glad I gave it my best shot.

Balance Day 14 kicked my butt. I know I have very little core strength soI knew this was going to be rough. But I stuck with it, took a lot of mini breaks, and I am proud of myself.

I normally skip the videos that are more intense for me but I have been challenging myself to do every video this month and so far so good.

I thought I'd be ready for this session because the previous one had me sweating. Well, in this one I sweated quicker and loved the core session. When I do a cobra, I can feel the abs stretch which tells me I'm doing something right by doing an Adriene session. Great workout and look forward to another one.

Hi Adriene, I definitely need to work on my core, as it is weak after having four boys but will continue to practice on core. My focus is gain strength, work on posture which means I need a strong core. I will turn 52 on 18 January 2022. I'm looking forward to starting MOVE 30 day Journey in January 2022. Thank you Adriene
