Hi everyone! Today, I invite you to take stress energy and root it back down in your foundation.

Trust the foundation and know that each time we come to the mat we are adding to and working with that foundation.

Foundation is important because it allows you to feel where you are coming from and where you are going.

Having a sense of your foundation takes you making time for yourself to check in and check stress energy at the door.

It took me 3 hours to get out of bed. Stress melt sounded like what I need. 10mins in, I didn't think I could stick around until the end. I did it! I feel a tiny bit better even though I'm crying.

A few practices I miss out this week… choosing this flow as catch up
And its apt as I am doing this on boxing day
Where I find balance during hols – melt any stress and find now – allowing, being and balance 🙂

I didn’t realize how hard it would be for me to slow down from my rushing lifestyle. Sometimes the hardest thing to do is relax. I found this video super helpful to do that!
