Oh the head and heart connection!
It happens. Our emotions get the best of us, we can get in our own way and even get wrapped up in things that at our core don’t even truly matter.
Know the feeling?
I thought so.
A healthy head and heart connection helps us to discern what serves our energetic state and process things in a way that teaches us to learn to love and love to learn.
While life by it’s very nature cannot always be coming up roses, taking responsibility for your energetic state should remain your priority.
When our emotional state is balanced we are able to raise our coherence levels and get to that feeling of POSITIVITY.
Positive emotions allow for the systems of the body to work together creating that feeling of balance and well-being. SAY IT LOUD…SELF LOVE!

What a great way to reset for the New Moon in Scorpio ! I had so much fun incorporating crystals into my practice for the first time.

I started this practice crying in despair, and after 25 minutes of Adrienes magical self I find myself calm, composed and at peace. Thank you for this gift, dear Adriene, from the bottom of my heart.
I found YWA about 6 years ago and started the yoga journey. In this journey there have been months and months where I did not even practice yoga or showed up. Nonetheless, when I look back, I can see how drastically my relationship and view towards my body has changed. It took me a long time to realize that I can trust my body and listen to it. That it will not lie. That most of the diets and workouts are based on the premise of telling you that your body and you cannot be trusted. And that YWA is probably one of those rare communities which tell you otherwise. Which ask you to show up as you are and listen as deeply as possible. I am extremely grateful to Adrienne and this community for helping me heal this relationship with myself!

omg this one was so great! my ski instructor friends and i do yoga before our day of teaching ski 4 times a week. we mainly watch your videos and sometimes take turns to lead! luckily, the resort offers yoga a few times a week as well. we are finally stretching properly for our extreme sports 😀 this video is a great video for people who love to ski. we would love to see a ski yoga video! love you. bye. (we'll teach you how to ski in Snowshoe, WV)
