Every journey I used to say that I HATE day 6 .. but today I don’t know I kinda used to it and may be enjoy it !! My stomach hurt and aF**ck right k ow but I kinda love it and that sickness feeling at the end that I always felt it is not here any more that tell me one thing is that my body integrated and in anew level

I like the guidance because some of us or many of us are new to yoga. I feel as though it is the right amount of talking. Thank you for the easy access to your workouts and for humanizing the movement process for the new crowd.

Loving this practice!!! I love how Adriene talks and explains how to get into a position the correct and mindful way all the while steering us into a difficult position. Getting there and able to do it without overthinking it, and if I can't quite get there I keep trying anyway because I know that by loving me, my body it doesn't matter because I can feel myself getting stronger through this practice. It's also helping me to be more mindful in day to day life with my movements. I don't drop things as much, trip over things as much or spill things as much because I'm much more in the moment. Thank you beautiful soul.

Thank you for your wrists commenaries. I thought that I had weak wrists as well. Now I know what's the deal)). And it gives hope to other parts too, like the front neck muscles – now I know that it's not that yoga is not for me, but it IS for me to make these weak body parts stronger as I practice. I absolutely love every day of yoga I do with you Adriene, and I thoroughly enjoyed yesterday's practice. I woke up with a lot of lower back pain today though and I think it must be do to my core day yesterday. How do I nurture my lower back during these practices?

I know this is an old video but I am a newbie so I start with the recommended beginner's 30-day cycles. Quick question: Does the pose where one leg or both hover just off the ground has a name? I also loved the transitions into three legged dog. This is my third 30-day cycle and it is amazing that every day has something new to offer. Thanks Adriene 🙂
