I’m here got September Reset. I missed the last two days because life and I prioritized other things. There was a part of mr that felt bad and I began doubting myself. But I showed up today and this was a juicy flow to get me ready for me week ahead. Thank you for always being her FWFG community and Adriene!

Short but a good wake up! Definitely fills you with energy 🥰
I think this session is more geared toward the morning. A great session, but I did this at 1030 in the evening. Now I want to go out and walk/jog. Enjoyed this session. My shoulders got a great workout!

Hi adriene could u do a yoga for loss of confidence in job or something that helps with fear of having to retrain. I'm a chef in Ireland and restaurants have been closed on and off for a year so I haven't worked as have young kids. I have to work but feel loss of confidence and scared to retrain even I finished a level 8 degree during covid. Scared of future but need a new start
