Yoga To Gain Perspective is a 35 min mindful yoga practice to assist you in creating a rhythm of balance and ease. Practice yoga asana, awareness and conscious breathing to bring energy to the body and peace of presence to your mind. This session is designed to remove any irritability or stress caused by change or outside circumstances. It will also bring a gentle decompression to the spine and neck, as well as invite more mobility in the shoulders and hips.

Hello Adriene, I actually looked up a yogi named Benjamin Sears and I came back to your channel and was veering away from names roles and cultures and how they get stuck together – there should be yoga for that. I love your channel. Where do you live btw? I'm presently in Chennai, India – and undergoing my 200 hour yoga teacher training program.

Question.. at the end, doing the dolphin.. you say press down into your feet , but don’t put more weight on your head, but when I press down into my feet, I feel all the weight going towards my head.. am I doing something wrong ?

I’m 47 years old and had my first spine surgery at the age of 18. I’ve been in pain my whole life and I could barely go past my knees when I bent over. With the help of your wonderful videos, I am now touching my toes easily. I’m doing all kinds of things I never thought I could do. Thank you for helping a stranger. It means more than I can express.

I do have moments where other videos have brought things to the forefront, but this is exactly what I needed.
