Adriene you are a life saver. I’ve had issues with my nerves causing me so much pain and lack of blood flow all month. Tonight was the first I could do any yoga again. I cried the entire time and am still. Thank you for all you do. You need to know all the good you do for this world. I needed this like you will never know.

This women started in such a haunting way rather than spreading relaxation ,and the background music made me hate this. The yoga should be soothing relaxing ,a message of peace of mind 😡

I'm easing back into yoga after an injury – prior to which I was an hour long vinyasa every day kind of yogi. And this practice hits ever box! Builds a little heat, stretches everything out, great flow and mindful breathing. Love it!

I first did meditation when I was 11 back in 2001 . . Something was opening up . . I got scared. . Didn't start again until I found you Adrienne. . Ty for helping me to open my third eye . . I'm also meatless . And dairy free for over 9 years which was the key 🗝️

I spent years punishing myself with daily insane cardio workouts and strength workouts eventually feeling like a slave to it .. then one day i stopped as I realised this was not helping my anxiety it was just keeping my cortisol levels at a high.. after a break completely I then started yoga and haven’t looked back since , the only cardio I do now is hiking and no more weight training and this combination and feeling happy is keeping me in my best shape ever!
I used to think yoga was just ineffective stretching .. but it’s so much more , for me it’s all I need , I would never go back to my old intense routine now… yoga saved me!
