Once my menstruation draws close I feel tight aggressive, frustrated, and as if no one gets me.
This sequence made me feel like my regular self. Full of life open and ready to conquer my day.
The Plank. Downward dog. With circles literally killed me but once I flicked all my worries away tears fell from my eyes. Thank you Adrienne 😄🤗
