I've been doing Adriene's monthly calendars every day this year so far, and this is definitely one of my favourite practices!! Even though I'm not in the best place mentally, and my stomach has been feeling so full of knots lately, the last 40 minutes has left me with such a big smile on my face. Thank you Adriene! <3

My wrists where suffered a bit today 😅 but it was again a beautiful session and I loved the pose with the twist of position….I love the flow of movement…like a slow dance 🥰and thank you adriene for the laugh , I appreciate your humor and lot!

I did it! I've been practicing with Adriene since February and today I finally managed to hold my crow pose for 8 seconds <3

Thank you .. always .. as some one who is 68 .. I forgot how old I was the other day .. what a hoot .. I decided to try yoga with you .. I had done other exercises / aerobics & weight lifting for about 25 yrs but stopped about 18 yrs ago when life threw me a "whammy" or two .. Finally decided I needed more than "just walking" in January .. you were a great addition .. again, thank you ..

Today's has been a really rough day for me (Tears, Arguments etc 😣) and it's been 2 days that didn't had time and motivation to go on the mat but after today I forced myself to come here and what can I say…. That as always this practice helped me so so much, everything that happened today went away during those 40min & now i'm feeling way better and calm 🥺 Thank you so much Adriene ! Namaste ❤️

The mind wasn't in the mood, but I thought about going to bed because it has been a long day and the lower back was being a pain. So, the mind told the body to just do it! And, it worked! Had trouble with the pose where we shift from one position to another (body twist?}. The pose turned me away from the tv, so I had to switch so I could see the position. It was the first time doing this pose. But it got done! And, yes, at the end of this session, my lower back pain is a lot better than before. It's too bad that yoga can't make pain go away but at least temporarily it reduced it to a manageable level. Gracias Tex!

I did not manage to do that crazy lizard/forward fold/cow legs transition AT ALL, but boy did I have fun laughing at myself.
