Join me for this 21 minute yoga practice designed to balance your energetic and physical body. In this session, we bring focus to the 5th Chakra or the Throat Chakra, an area the body that asks us to find our voice and snuggle up closer to our truth.

Practice this session anytime or anywhere to stretch, breathe, re-center, and connect back to what matters most.

Bring attention to your neck, shoulders, heart. Use gentle throat openers and utilization of the breath to help move energy and find balance. Let go of what no longer serves to make space for a fresh wave.

When working with the throat chakra, you are invited to focus on your originality, expressing your authentic voice and using that voice to speak your truth.

Allow the story to unfold.

Hello friends! As someone who has had vocal surgery, twice, I really have drunk the kool-aide when it comes to the important awareness of this energetic center. Even if chakras are not your thing, maybe metaphor is.

What does it mean to know your own voice?

Adriene, my beautiful friend, I learnt so many new movements in this practice!

Really enjoyed it, I'm trying a new schedule where I do exercise first thing in the morning, then do your practices.

It really helps me centre in these practices more and zone in.

Continuously proving just how connected the mind and the body are. I had nightmares last night where I could do nothing but scream. Then I woke up and checked the ywa calendar for today and was so happy to see a throat chakra practice. I went all in, lighting some eucalyptus incense and brought my crystals. The anxiety I've carried with me all morning was lessened after this practice and now I'm ready to face my day. Regular yoga practice is truly a game changer for me.

I woke up with a sore throat, felt like im a burden no one to talk to nbd gets how i feel and devastated as I started the practice my eyes were already filled ip with tears,,, i repeated the mantra so i could hear it “ i choose to speak my truth freely and openly and my failures arent my truth” My throat was already better mid practice and im not as tensed as i woke up

🙂 while scrolling through yoga with Adriene on the first day of 2022, this practice chose me! Even smiled when she says hop into something blue. I look down and smile. I am wearing blue yoga pants and blue lightning hockey shirt!
