I haven’t shown a glute workout yet so I wanted to show you some moves that really give me a pump in my butt paired with some heavy squats! I’ve also taken you through my diet, as you know, low fat high carb works for me but it will be different for everyone and the best thing you can do is to experiment to find which which macros work for you!

do you ever feel strain on your lower back when you're squatting really heavy? When I squat heavy my back will arch even though I try and tense my core 🙁 And then I end up tweaking it and i know that's dangerous

I always hit my macros way under my calories. So I can never increase cals. Is that normal?
I am fully binge watching your videos. You have such a great aura on camera I love it, and you present info & tips in a really fun way. Also yes you're not alone, when I stopped counting macros or calories I gained a much healthier relationship with food and found myself ultimately training harder/smarter, enjoying life more and ultimately losing fat easier!

This is 2 years late but a Master's degree is still really impressive!! Congratulations on making it that far and also being able to recognize what makes you happy and when to walk away from something not making you happy. Lots of people can't/won't do that- great video as always 🙂
