Nice work!! I’ve been trying to get my wife to lift more, not just cardio. She’s going through menopause and it hasn’t been kind to her weight over the last few years and she’s freaking out. I think a good weight lifting program would help her and many women dealing with their mid life changes.

What gym do you go to?
When I first started weight training, my muscles were sore in places I didnt even know that could be 😂
I am a 16 years old teenage girl and I made it : I went to the weight lifting section of my gym ! And i freaking loved it. Now i am addicted to it and looking forward to seeing results.
I'm still a teenager and don't really have time to go to the gym (besides going to school, studying, I'm also a competetive horserider), I'm also very insecure and anxious around people. To get leaner (especially my thighs, ugh I want them to get slimmer😔 ) I did high amounts of cardio (I walked 20.000 steps a day, studied while walking) and it did nothing. Walking hours in the woods alone, just with the dogs was totally fine and also relaxing for me. I just can't with that many people around😣
Love her shape . I'm going to get like that eventually but i want to keep my breast tho. Don't a flat chest.

I know this video is old but i’m feeling insecure. Five months ago I started with bodyweight for the first time, and went from not being able to do a push up on my knees to being able to do ten regular push ups in a row. But i’m working on that “whole gain muscle to improve metabolism and get out of restriction cycle” thing and i’m scared bodyweight won’t be enough to gain muscle and i’m just wasting my time… at the same time i’m IN LOVE with the exercises i’m doing. Idk what to do so i’m just rambling ~

I see so many women saying they're too shy &/ self-conscious to do weights at the gym. Lucky me when I first started out I just didn't give a fvck about who what when where. I just did it coz I was there anywhere and I got used to it. Point is just don't care. You do you, sis. Take care and love yourself. Everybody else can fvck off.

A lot of this is for more experienced gym goers. There’s no way I could do half of this especially the pull ups and pulling that thing around the gym
