I finally managed to balance for a few seconds on crow pose!! …then I got too confident and smashed my nose into the floor 🤣 always a reminder to stay humble! Thank you Adrienne for your wonderful yoga practices 🙏🏻

The better I get at Crow, the more I love it. It always amazes me that I’m able to do it now after so many falls and foibles. Ready to take those risks.

Upon refresh, I realized I practiced with a group of 60 people around the world. Thank you for the reminder to stay curious and to not be so hard on ourselves about the end product/pose but rather to remember the process. Thank you Adriene 🙂

This was the first time I've done crow and actually held it. I've been consistently doing your YWA since June. I've been with you since 2019/20. Thank you Adrienne for allowing me and showing me to grow. 💓

This is one of my favourites 🙂 My trees were a lot more wobbly than usual, but I surprised myself by actually getting into crow for a second :D. I feel that always happens when I'm least expecting it hehe.

Lovely practice, felt tired but decided to try the crow pose, felt myself going over and had to save myself with my forearm slamming onto the yoga mat. Tried once again and found 1sec of balance. WooHoo!

Ive been practicing with you on and off for years, but for the last 3-4 months ive been practicing regularly every day and I'm so excited to say that I finally got into the crow pose with both feet off the ground for a few seconds. I laughed and got so excited! Thank you so much for all you do!!
