I don't understand you why westerns say Namaste🙏 at the end, in India namaste/namaskar means 'hi' we use it for greeting.
More like 'hi sir' or 'hello everyone' which translates to 'namaste sir' or 'namaskaram everyone' .
Will you say Hi or Hey after your workout?
No right. So stop doing this namaste thing.
Insted say 'om'

Thank you for this video!!! Yesterday I woke up with a really bad muscle pain in my right shoulder and right side of my upper back I was also have problems taking deep and full breaths but by the end of this video my back and shoulder feel a bit more relieved and my breathing is a lot better!!!!

I just want to say thank you so much. I started having really bad upper back/neck pain for the first time in my life recently, and having something that is quick and easy like this to do every morning has helped me so much. Omg. This is the video that I’m looking for. I look down a lot to use my phone and I have neck pain. I was thinking going to get massage but this video is better than massage. Even if I get massage, I don’t think it is going to help. Massage is only helping exterior of the body. I need to release tension from interior of the body. Thank you.

I’ve had neck issues for years and also did daily PT. I would have extreme neck pain and burning twice a week for over a decade. I’ve used Biofreeze and Salonpas Patches for relief. My BFF sent me this video on a whim. Since practicing yoga using the video every morning, my neck pain is nearly diminished. It’s truly been life changing. Typically, I don’t post comments, but I wanted to thank Adrienne for changing the quality of my life.
