Awesome routine – exhausting!
Holly cow this video is old 😀 This is one of the best workouts ever… It did not killed me, it murdered me while taking its time 😀 I finished this workout in 40 min because i did not have it in me to start the last round, instead i kept runing in home for 5 mins, even then i didnt wanted to start 😀 😀

And an advice to whomever might try this, keep 1L of water in the room you're exercising. You will need it 😀
Oh my goodness. First time on this one. Did fair,,kinda slow and had to drop the weight in first half of second round. However I am seeing progress in strength and endurance from continuing to work out with other hasfit workouts But I gotta tell ya,,, pushing the edge of the envelope at the end of the rounds for that 90 second run was what really, really did me in. I am going to go try a 20 min cardio and and then I am out! (Those that think they can, and those that don't, are both correct.)
Yep. Did this as final 'push. Needed the cardio. All of those ATP energy molecules are now just Amps. But I didn't quit. See you next time!
