Hey lovelies!! Here’s the end of the week in terms of training and food to complete the last couple of videos! Again, the most important thing for me is keeping everything as simple as possible in terms of food and training. I don’t do anything fancy to see results, just keeping it consistent! I’m all about slow, lasting results!

I'm now inspired to up my eating amount because I'm doing lots of exercise and I feel as though I'm WAAAY not eating enough ! thanks for the inspiration and meal ideas 😍
I started doing more weight training (3x in a week) and instead of steady cardio, I started doing HIIT (3 x in a week.)
I was always afraid of calories, I only ate 1200 calories a day, now I try to eat more than 1500, but its hard because, most of the time I am still afraid to gain fat.
For some odd reason I did manage to gain fat and to lose muscle mass. The changes are fortunate not drastic, but i'm still shocked. I thought that I was doing the right thing…
Can someone please tell me, what I am doing wrong? Is it my diet? Or do I train in the wrong way?
(I weight about 60 kilograms and I'm 172 cm tall)
