May 2021. I got sick with a cold! Today I managed to do a practice, felt great. Being home for a week has been such a bore, but I tested negative for the big C so I'm grateful for that at least.

After working the abs, when you sat there with your elbows wrapped around your knees, I was able to hear your heartbeat. Very cool
