I love your practices and follow you for many years but if i may, sometimes you do not need to speak constantly, let us follow your instructions, a bit of silence helps concentration, mind and breathing focus, specialty in a recovery day. These past couple weeks it has been harder to come to the mat to do a full practice. Although it is much later in the day than what I am aiming for, I am glad I did today's practice. I certainly needed it.

If, while doing yoga, I often get tension or pain in my upper back between shoulder blades, what should I adjust to prevent this?
Man today was so frustrating for me. Everything felt wrong. I catched a cold and breathing felt so hard. I hope that tomorrow will be a better day! Definitely gonna do that again when I am fit again.
