in addition to the "5 min Beginner ab workout" Dec 28, 2012
and sometimes the "15 Min Beginner Workout for Weight Loss & Strength" Jun 16 2013.
and now we have this new video. is any routine superior to the other?
is it a good idea to do 2 rounds from each routine each day and do all of them, or is it better to do 1 entire routine, and change the routine each day ?
