Doing planks using your elbows on a hard tile surface like in this video can be very hard on your elbows and potentially cause an injury. I would advise using a mat or carpeting for that exercise.

Look in a mirror with your top off and with your trousers, jeans what ever you wear that's tight, and bend to the left or right… The fat bits that hang over the sides of your trousers, around your hips, that's what love handles are… These excercises take most of that away, and firm it up!
