Getting stronger every week! My roommate was a professional kickboxer in the 80's. He used to tell me about training for a fight, i.e. training in sweats in August. When he thought he had 'hit the wall' with zero left, the phrase by coach that kept him pissed off enough to continue was 'Bet your opponent is quitting just bc he's 'too tired or throwing up'. And it was ON again after that, and peppered with the appropriate response,,,,Sometimes I have to think about that when I'm really tired,,,, and not just with exercising,(but in life too)

Back again! The 2 workouts you do with the mass suit are just brutal. No way around it! Did a little better this time! Still can't use weight with crossover jacks, but did with everything else. Couldn't do that 3 weeks ago. On that last exercise I tried a side lunge with a press. Ouch. TY coach C u next time!
