After a 38 minute full body strength workout plus this one, I thought I wouldn’t be able to finish. BUT I did and now more mommy duties! My workouts are my relaxing time….can you believe that? Lol

So you’re advising women to use 5 to 15 pounds but believe those same women will be able to do pull ups? And you don’t offer any variation? I love your workouts but most people who would choose to workout with 5 to 15 lbs aren’t able to do even one pull-up.
