Skinny Jeans Workout- in just 6 moves. – Lucy Wyndham-Read

So if you love wearing skinny jeans then you will love this workout as it keeps you toned and sculpted in all the right places. The routine takes approximately 15 minutes. You do not need any equipment.
The routine is:
Exercise 1:Running on the spot, high knees for 100 counts.
Exercise 2: The Iron Cross, 20 each leg.
Exercise 3: Squat Jumps, do 30 reps.
Exercise 4: Ab Punch, do 30 reps.
Exercise 5: Mountain Climbers, do 30 reps.
Exercise 6: Ab Crunch, do 30 reps.
Repeat this entire routine 3 times.
Aim to do this 3 to 4 times a week.
