Many people assume popcorn is bad for you! As they associate it with the cinema and the big buckets filled with toffee flavour or shop brought stuff that is drenched in oil and butter and all the goodness has been lost with the wrong ingredients! YET if we make it ourselves then this is one of the best snacks and great for staying in shape and being rich in vitamins and minerals.

I bought the same machine one week ago and I've been eating natural popcorn everyday since !! I definitely have to try your recipe with maple sirup, coconut flakes and chia seeds !! Yum yum !!! Thanks for sharing 😀

I'm. A person who loves sugar I know I'm young and only 11 but I want to keep healthy for the future. I love to dance and ride my bike but I never exercise properly or eat healthy foods.your channel has helped me loads but can u post an exercise video for younger people like myself so it won't be as hard for me to exercise and have fun

Hi Lucy . I am a fan of Anna and have been watching your workout videos. I am looking for someone to help me I have two children and I also have a weakness in my left side after my first child delivered naturally I lost pretty quickly over the first year but my second child was by c section and I just can't loose weight I constantly look pregnant and I just read recently that some people look pregnant after having a c section baby and it really bothers me I have tried gym , diets and nothing . Any suggestions please xx

Normally we do butter & garlic powder after using our air-popper – this was a tasty change!
