Here is a great way to burn off fat fast,and tone up at home with my Fit and Fabulous 7 Minute Workout. This workout has 7 moves which you simply perform each for 1 minute, they are :
Skinny Jean Squat
T-Shirt Ready Arms
Bikini Makeover
Thinner Thighs
Wonder Waist
Melt that Cellulite Jump
Total Abdominal Move
The combination here means we have toned all over and I have created this routine so it works all 3 planes of movement so you get that total body sculpt.
At the end of the video it shows you how you can print out the circuit cards so you can easily get motivated to get fit in your front room. Lucy x

Just come across your channel which is perfect for me as I have a 4 year old and a 7 week old baby. It is time to get my body back and with these small workouts I can easily fit them in! I am setting up a workout plan from your videos as we speak! I am planning on making this a big lifestyle change but also want to lose 1 and a half stone as soon as I possibly can. Any advice on how often I should be working out for each day?
