I just love that outfit sooooo much!!! I love how you show you can do an exercise on any piece of equipment!!! Do you do cool downs after you finish your work outs? If you do maybe you can upload a video on a cool down!! xx

I love how you do workouts that you can do at home without gym equipment and that the moves are easy to understand but push you. 
Just a little improvement: maybe add some music?

I all ways found losing weight every hard, but since Anna Saccone Joly introduced Lucy to everyone, I decided to start again, it was very hard at the start but now 2 weeks later Ive lost 2kg and I'm not stopping here I'm going to keep going and try to tone my body to be me, the body that i like and I'm not embarrassed off.

I was just doing the simple home work out that you recorded with Anna on her channel, I only managed to do the workout once, I just didn't have the energy to any repeat it two more times, will i still lose weight only doing it once? thanks x

How often should we do these workouts and how many of them at a time to see results? Your 4 minute workout is enough for a days workout?? Or do we need to do a few of these videos in a row to have an impact?

can you make me a personalised workout plan? just guiding what exercises and reps to  perform daily. I have good knowledge of HIIT workouts and pilates but just cant make a proper daily plan to achieve my goals.

any recommendations on how high the bench should be?  is it easier or more difficult depending on the height?

I've started to watch you videos about two days ago, mostly the work-out ones, and I generally like them, but I have a question: do you always work out with you hair down or is it just an image thing? I have long hair as well (thick and curly) and I could never ever work out without stuffing it up into a bun or a ponytail…
