Hey! I found you through Anna! Im trying to lose weight mainly around my stomach! I am not really able to eat healthy majority of the time as im 15 and live with my family and basically eat what im given… will this work out still work for me or shoild I try something else? hey i just discovered your channel is really good! but i just want to know how i can lose weight, im 14 ( yes young ) and im 4"10 and i am 53 kilos so i am on the chubby side and i am really self concious about my weight. i used to be a good size but then i gained more than 10 kg in 1 year and i just cant seem to get the weight back off ;( i try exercising but i am tired when i get home from school and i dont have enough time in the morning however dieting is ok . do i have to restrict calories or something i have no idea, how long would it take me to lose 10 – 12 kilograms and how do i do it ? ( btw sorry i live in australia and i cant convert it to pounds sorry ) im not looking for a qucik fix i actually want to lose fat the right way and keep it off, PLEASE PLEASE help me and i can finally feel happy about my body again! ❤️ i hope you reply x

this really helps because I'm only 14 and I'm so self conscious I won't go near weighing scales, as I'm embarrassed of the outcome. so listening to you explaining that yes, some of it may be fat, but it can also be muscle tissue really helps. as I feel that I now may be loosing fat but not actually using weight. I'm so glad I found your channel, because I have watched a few of your videos now and I can already tell they're going to help me a

I have been doing your workouts, jogging and trying to eat healthy, i have 34E brest size, but they are getting smaller. I know that is normal, because when losing fat it is just normal to lose fat all over body.
You work out, You are so toned and slim, but still with good breast size. how You keep your breast size? Do i need to eat more protein (i think i am not eating it enough) Or is it just genetics?
I want to keep working out and running, but not losing my boobs completely
please help me
