This full warm up routine I do with you in real time. This will help ensure that we have warmed all your major muscles. The reason why we should always warm up is to help prevent yourself from injuries due to cold muscles, but also it will help improve your range of movement throughout your body, so naturally you will feel more flexible which will make exercising feel easier. Also it mentally prepares you for the exercise instead of just rushing into it head first. Lucy xx
