Thank you coach.. just recovering from knee and ankle pain, this workout was really great and really low impact. Im using a 5lb weight dumbells and completed 3 rounds and did gave me a good sweat. Keep up the good work and we love the low impact vids.
Love your stretch and strengthen workout for lower back pain. It did more for my back than 2 months of TP.

I am a former professional football player that retired 3 years ago and haven't really been working out since I retired. I needed a fairly challenging low impact workout due to various ankle and knee injuries that I've had throughout my career. This is almost perfect. Fairly challenging, good muscle burn, and good sweat. I'm going to do it twice a day. Thank you.

Just wanted to say thank you so much for your videos. You keep me motivated when at times I wanted to give up trying to keep up with other "beginner workout" videos. I have been working out 5 days a week for the past month and not only do I feel better and see the weight loss but it has become easier to perform each routine and I find myself performing 2 different videos at a time when I use to only be able to get through 1.
