guys my height is 5"4' did I have a chance to dunk in a 10ft rim with this work out?

I went from sitting on the bench and hardly being able to dunk – to averaging numerous dunks per game, becoming a beginner, and winning the state championship after using this vertical jump training! I`ve attempted many vertical jump programs however this one tops them all. I discovered this jump guidebook by Google. Its name is Julian Jumρosen
