I signed up for a half year membership in a boxing gym coz strength training started getting boring and my new training (3x a week) is on a whole other level. The coach is really demanding he even said that there is no place for weak people in his class but I really enjoy it. So if anybody knows a boxing gym not too far from his place i really recommand considering joining it! Plus the HASFit videos makes the perfect workout!
