Coach Kozak, thank you so much for motivating me every day again and again to work out ! Normally I don't like training with coaches through the Internet, but you kind of changed my mind about this. Your such a kind and gentle person, it's always a great pleasure to follow you through the workouts. This video shows wants again that you really want everybody to feel well, not just make them watching your videos to earn money. You're always motivating us to continue our body changing process, so I think now it's time to motivate you going on making these videos. Thanks for the encouragement Coach! Body confidence and self esteem issues have been a real struggle for me from as far back as I can remember (I am now 52 years old). From a very young age I remember hating everything about myself including my entire body. I believe this was compounded by the physical and sexual abuse, torture, mental, emotional and very twisted psychological abuse I endured as a child. I developed a full blown and severe case of Body Dysmorphic Disorder in my preteen years. Before anybody knew what it was. It's been a long road to recovery, and will continue to be a challenge for me. BUT, I have made a lot of progress. Thanks again.
