I love your approach to personal training – you're exactly right about keeping it free and not locking people into any sort of responsibilities – just your encouragement and offering of all these workouts is super great!
For a few weeks now I've been doing a different workout per week from your catalogue and it's been great! Since I do the same workout for a week I can notice my improvement in the different exercises, which helps with the positivity that there is a change occurring!

hi lucy, I'm someone who needs to loose 10 stone. the issue is I struggle as I have bad knees and they click and grind doing anyyhibg like lunges or squats. can you recommend any other type of movements that would replace these but have the same affect? x

Hi my name is suquana mallettand I just wanted to say you are a big help I been doing your work out almost 4 weeks now in I appreciate everything that you do if he is workable I do it at home I don't have to go to the gym and pay for it I even tell them my friends to do it thank you so so so much and I appreciate and I'm going to keep up the good work that you give me.
