But joking aside this workout targets the muscles we need to give you that full lift and sculpt as it targets your gluteus maximus, gluteus medius and gluteus minimus. I love workouts but I hate it when people like fitness blender upload bum workouts and I think yay workout and then I realise it's 35 minutes long and I'm like m8 I've got food too be eating 😂 ur videos r so effective and short I love u xx

I can't for the lift of me do a proper squat 🙁 I can't squat down while keeping my heels on the floor. I don't think that's safe.

Lucy I love all of your workouts but I often come back to this one to work my thighs and bum, I can feel it working so much and i've noticed great results so thank you!!! Also, i've lost a 17lbs in 5 months using your workouts alongside going for runs so they really do work!!!

This really works, I did it the day before yesterday and I still feel the burn in my legs!

I have a question, hope you can answer me, does these workout make you have smaller or bigger thighs? I see videos of squats for both losing leg fat and I see others for making the thighs bigger, this is really confusing and I just want to tone my thighs but not make them more bulky, and also tone my butt and let it stay up. Hope you can help 🙏🏽
