I've put 26 pounds of muscle back on this year, thanks to your inspirational videos. When I'm in the gym now, I constantly think" I COMMAND you to GROW!".
I'll never meet CT Fletcher. He'll never know I exist but boy oh boy am I glad he's still around because I needed this in my life right now. I'm soo thankful… These commandments I can relate not just to the gym. But in life. And I'm gonna implement them as much as possible.
