I've been trying to do some of these workouts but I always have to watch the video first. I'm 12 weeks pregnant and some stuff I'm not too sure if I should be doing. I've been off exercise for quite a bit because I've felt like crap. Trying to get back into it 😊
My children, 2 and 4, loved doing this one with me! My daughter's first comment after we finished was if we could do another one "because that was fun!"
