Dear Lucy,
I'm slim and very fit and although i am slim and toned i still have this lower belly pooch. I have no had kids so it's nothing to do with that but i just can't get rid of it? The other thing is that if i don't work out for a day or two i look so bloated as if i have put on 5 kilos but when im exercising i'm fine again.
Would love to hear your thoughts, i also eat very well so i can assure you diet is not the reason.

Hi to anyone that is willing to read and possibly give advice,
I am incredibly unhappy with my weight and am desperately trying to follow the 4 week plan in order to lose weight however I have a disability that prevents me from doing anything high impact on the legs (aka jumping and running etc) so struggle with anything like the low v jumps and often end up incredibly upset because while I try to not let my disability define me, it always seems to cause problems no matter what, if anyone has any suggestions on how to solve this in any way, it would be much appreciated

The 4 by 4 squats are amazing, my legs were BURNING in 20sec
It's exam season , I really appreciate this series rn because I can stay active without having to do a 1 hour work out session
I try to do these videos twice and I'm usually dead by the end of the second one ^^'
