I have a quick question. By doing this will i get slim calves or i get muscle because i want to get my calves slimmer not massive. Thank you and in advance.
Please answer me back. I've been doing the calf work out for almost 8 days but every time I do them my calf are never sore the next day… I do them for as long as your videos go so it's pretty long and they get tired and my whole leg stars to get wobbly but no pain the next day. Is that normal?
