Omgggggg. Sweating like crazy. My heartbeat is soooooo fast right now that it is a bit scary. Shittt how is my condition so bad after 5 weeks of doing nothing (laying on the couch with chips and watching movie and going on holiday) omg wow. Shoooot I hate this. I'm back at where I was. Totally not fit anymore and sweating like a pig

Wow, I am tired after doing this workout. But I have loved your videos thank you for doing an easy and hard. I have toned up a lot since starting. Keep on motivating is that don't or can't go to the gym. I love these videos!!!!!!
