3:15 it's not going to pop. I outweigh you by at least 50 pounds and I've done a both-legs-up exercise in that position, with weights on my ankles, and I haven't popped it. After the ball stretched the first time I did that, I added air to support me better, so it's even over inflated. I've also done side leg lifts with weights on a beach ball. It allows for a greater range of motion than doing it on the floor. Even overinflated it flattens quite a bit so it's not far off the floor, but it's something.

Great workout for all over but especially the abs and waist.
